Yes they live in warm wetlands as well as mountains, even at 10C. So the minimum temperature is 10C (or 50F) But wild turtles can migrate to warmer places if they get cold, and they usually don't have this option in captivity. So it's better to keep them at a higher temperature, and to provide a basking spot.
