to continue the colour morph story see here some pics of grandis from a Chinese private collection showing an unusual light coloured animal with unknown origin.

One of my turtles was light like that, although a slightly different colour: viewtopic.php?t=51
He was lighter than his siblings. (I lost him one before the age of digital cameras so I only have a handful of photos.)
