can anyone identifie this pond turtle?

I bought this turtle from a guy who said it was a Japaneses pond turtle but im pretty sure it is not. If anyone has any idea what kind of turtle this is please contact me at DHemby0501@yahoo.com thank you.

it surely is a Japanese pond turtle, Mauremys japonica.
